organisations not only maintain brand integrity
but helps also control purchasing. Brand Watchdog
is simple but effective.
We work with your marketing
department to create ‘template
based’ marketing and sales literature
ranging from letterheads and business cards
to brochures,
P.O.S. devices, e-mail marketing solutions,
corporate clothing, branded banners, small
advert recruitment
templates - you name it, we can include it.
We
then establish boundaries in which site or
store managers can use the templates i.e. they
may be able to offer anything between 5% and
15% discount on a product or service, any more
and they would have to seek approval from the
marketing department. We can even set and monitor
annual budgets.
We then produce catalogues
and a point of contact for the remote sites to
order
from.
The brand
is maintained, the offers are predetermined
and the marketing department are freed up to
work on ‘the bigger picture’.
The
system was initially set up to help Scottish
and Newcastle manage promotions for 1900 pubs
across the UK. It was a huge success.
