Clearly, Social Media has now reached a far higher level of maturity and as the report details, is now a serious Board Level consideration for many companies.











Depends on what you are trying to achieve. The main two differences are Pages are more of an open forum and now have some excellent analytics. Groups are more of a closed forum as you have to invite people to join a group.
We have a Facebook page for customers (you can find it here: http://www.facebook.com/TheFactoryAgency ) and potential customers to ask questions on but we also use a couple of groups for internal projects that we don’t want the rest of the world to have access to.
