Depends on what you are trying to achieve. The main two differences are Pages are more of an open forum and now have some excellent analytics. Groups are more of a closed forum as you have to invite people to join a group.

We have a Facebook page for customers (you can find it here: http://www.facebook.com/TheFactoryAgency ) and potential customers to ask questions on but we also use a couple of groups for internal projects that we don’t want the rest of the world to have access to.

    I hope that helps?

  2. These are great tips for the social media but I have to ask about which one is better fan page or group on Face book ?
